These Conditions of Sale apply to all purchases of He Yi products and services made through our official website (the “Platforms”) or via our online Client Relations Center. BESPOKE ORDER PROCESS & VIDEO CONFIRMATION |

Every He Yi creation is unique. To ensure your absolute satisfaction, placing an item in your shopping bag or receiving an automated order receipt does not constitute a finalized contract. Before dispatching your international order, our jewelry consultant will send you a bespoke high-definition video of your exact piece under natural light. A binding sales contract is only formed, and your order is only finalized for shipment, upon your explicit approval of this pre-shipment video.

Due to the irreplaceable nature of our natural raw ores and the complexities of international fine jewelry customs processes, all international orders are strictly Final Sale. Once the pre-shipment video is approved and the item is dispatched, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons of personal preference or natural variations inherent to raw stones.
Damage on Arrival (DOA): If your item arrives damaged due to transit, you must contact our Client Relations Center within 48 hours of delivery. A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is strictly required to process an insurance claim and arrange an appropriate resolution.

These Conditions of Sale shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which He Yi is officially registered, without reference to conflict of laws provisions. Before pursuing any formal dispute resolution, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts for a period of thirty (30) days to resolve any dispute amicably through our Client Relations Center.
本销售条款受禾奕官方注册地法律管辖，不适用冲突法原则。在采取任何正式的争议解决程序前，双方同意先通过客户关怀团队，在三十（30）天内尽合理努力友好协商解决任何争议。
